Farr 400 One-Design - Transportation Scheme:

The FARR 400 has been specifically designed to be the first 40ft One Design racer that can be custom shipped on a 40’ flat rack container, allowing the owner to achieve huge cost savings.

• Beam of 3.42 m and length of 11.8m allows for economical delivery.
• Custom shipping concept with boat rotated approximately 80 degrees
• Trailer keeps total height and width within limits of almost all countries without requiring expensive trailer permits (4.0 m high and 2.4 m wide).With wheels removed the trailer can be shipped on a flat rack container.
• Trailer includes articulating support arms to allow hull to be swung upright for keel attachment.
• Mast is supplied with a split to allow transport with hull within the 40’ footprint.
• Boat is transported with pulpit, pushpit and stanchions in place.
