Designer’s Notes

39ft One Ton by Bruce Farr 'ACE', Dutch IMS Champion in 1997 .... She is the former UK Admirals Cup 'Jamarella' 1987 (variant of Bruce Farr OT series among which was Propaganda, Rush & Mean Machine'). Jamarella also was renamed and an ex. AC Rush (1988) and Hitchiker III in 1989 ... Re-rigged in 1991 and 1993 and optimized for IMS in 1995; bumps removed, rear faired, new keel placed. Among the first race yacht's built in full carbon / kevlar with Nomex core... by Killian Bushe in Cowes.
